Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds or returns in any case. However in case you received a defective product, we would be happy to change it for you.

Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve it through Exchanges.

Exchange Policy:

In case of an exchange for a different size or a different piece, contact us within 1 day post Delivery at moceanin@gmail.com and we will book a return pickup against your order. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Note that Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount. Once we receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 2 days.

CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE):

• Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.
• Exchanges will be only accepted once against every order. It will not be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the same order for a second time.
• To be eligible for a return, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof.
• The video must:
  • Start before opening the package (showing sealed packaging.)
  • Clearly display the issue (damage or missing item(s).
• Claims made with our valid video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• For any exchange request, a shipping fee of 500rs. must be paid by the customer.
